• August 1:  Submit SSRL Xray/VUV Proposals
• August 1:  Submit SSRL Xray/VUV beam time requests for October 2019-January 2020 scheduling
• August 5:  Submit nominations for the SSRL Lytle Award
• September 1:  Deadline to cancel registration or request a refund.
• September 5:  Submit nominations for the SSRL Users Executive Committee
• September 15:  Submit SSRL Macromolecular Crystallography beam time requests for November 2019-February 2020 scheduling
• September 16-27:  VOTE for candidates to SSRL Users Executive Committee
