NOTICE: Due to high winds, the poster session has been moved to the lower 1st floor SUSB patio which will be re-configured after the lunch break. We should be ready for presenters to hang their posters after the 3:10 pm break. We appreciate your patience!

The poster session and reception provide a valuable opportunity to share your latest advances and results as well as network with colleagues to learn about new capabilities, technology and research projects. Participate in the User Science Poster Session to be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019, 5-7:30 pm, on the 2nd floor patio of SLAC Building 053 between the Scientific User Support Building (SUSB) and the Arrilaga Science Center.

The user conference registration fee is waived only for students who registered and submitted their poster abstract BEFORE September 18 AND who present a poster during the poster session.  For everyone else, the $250 registration fee can be paid in advance or upon arrival. Students are encouraged to attend other sessions/workshops and to interact with colleagues from across the broader user community. We have very limited space, but we may be able to accommodate a few additional posters if space allows.
Check back later for more information on registering and submitting a poster for the September 26, 2019 poster session. In the interim, here are links to previous poster presentations and awards to help prepare and inspire you for this next event:-->
